What the free month covers
A new room is fully usable for one calendar month — started on the 15th, it runs to the 15th. Nothing is limited during the trial.
If a payment lapses
The room closes; your workspace chat, DMs, and history stay open and readable. Billing costs an organization its room, never its conversations.
Billing and currency
Prices are Malaysian ringgit, billed monthly through ToyyibPay (FPX and card). One invoice per room, cancellable whenever you like.
Chat, DMs, and events
Included with the workspace at no additional cost. A public event page needs no account for attendees to view, and seats are capped in the database, not in the interface.
Questions before you start?
Do I need a room to use Virtual Hirix?
No. A workspace with chat, DMs, and events works without any room at all. Add a room when your team wants a space to walk around in.
Can I change room size later?
Yes. Rooms are created from a template, and the monthly price follows the template you pick.
Who can host public events?
Any workspace. A public event gets a page anyone can open without an account, and attendees claim a numbered seat.
Is there a per-person charge?
No. Adding teammates to a workspace does not change the bill. The room price is the whole price.
